REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your BabooCarry for any reason, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — no questions asked.

How to start a return
Contact us at hello@baboocarry.com with your order number. We'll guide you through the process. Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Condition of returned items
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damages & issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@baboocarry.com with a photo. We'll resolve it at no cost to you.

UK Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our 90-day guarantee goes well beyond this legal minimum.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
